The best journeys don’t always exist neatly on a shelf.

That became clear while we were looking closely at safari travel in East Africa.

The lodges and experiences were exceptional. What interested us was everything around them – and how quickly an extraordinary trip could become unnecessarily complicated.

Entry requirements, airport formalities and medical evacuation cover may sit outside the safari itself, but they still take up the client’s time and attention.

We kept coming back to a simple question: if our role is to remove friction from a journey, why should the client still be carrying all of this?

If someone is investing in an exceptional safari, we don’t think they should have to spend the weeks before departure working through mandatory requirements or wondering whether something has been missed.

So with our Infinite Signature Safaris, the support starts long before the lodge. Our Safari Concierge includes eTA[1.1] assistance, medical evacuation cover, arrival and departure meet-and-assist, airport support and lounge access at Wilson Airport.

On arrival in Nairobi, clients are assisted through immigration and customs, supported with luggage collection and introduced directly to our team on the ground for the next stage of their journey.

For us, premium travel isn’t about adding more simply so something can be called luxury. The difference should be felt in what the client no longer has to manage. Less time spent on admin before departure, less friction at the airport and more attention left for the reason they travelled in the first place.

That is the thinking behind the Infinite Signature Safari. The destinations were already there. The level of support we wanted around them wasn’t.
